Hey first post on T4R.org so go easy.
Did a bunch of small things I've wanted to do since I got my runner.
Removed running boards
full wash
tire shine
Figured out my aux cord issue
Overall just getting excited about future mods and upgrades
It's a great start with a nice looking 4Runner. There are many choices, great advice and material to read through. Welcome to the forum!

I probably should since I am s/c and I am sure I am pulling a bunch of oil through my PCV... I'ts pretty oily in that tube when I check it.
disabled DRL using the "snip and tape the black wire with yellow stripe" method. installed, defaulted, configured old (2007) ScanGaugeII and added XGauge for transmission temp. I love it when ScanGaugeII whispers, "No Codes Found -Ready-" to me. Going to have to reinstall... not liking position. Drove around for a bit to test transmission temp gauge and get Thai take-out. noms noms. Go Hawks.

Today:
Installed a replacement OEM drivers side headlight (thanks NissanH),
put in Philips 9003 CrystalVision Ultra Replacement Bulbs,
added a cheapo but loud $9.99 Harbor Freight set of horns (first painted them flat black),
and rigged up my second attempt at an under hood LED light.

Ok, so this is more of this week instead of today..... Installed the SS 1.2 lift, can't figure out how to get the front coilovers cranked up to level it out, and was supposed to get it done today. But, I broke the fitting on the lower radiator where the tranny line connects trying to install the B&M 70264. I installed some new shoes though, SCS SR8, and they look great. Once the tires wear out I will get some new ones. Here is how it sits as of now.

Nooo ! Not a 255 to 285 convert ! Looks good though . I'd be interested to hear how you like the wider tire.

Have you thought about painting the reflectors black? Other than that they look great!

Tried it on the other set I built. I like the chrome much better looks like a factory upgrade.

Haha. Yep. I've had 255s for a long time (on several different trucks) while I like the look and road handling I wanted a wider more stable stance for the rtt. And these 285s stomp the 255s asses in the snow! That the biggest difference in the week I've had em so far
