Ok... so as not to be laughed at the next time I ask for help from [MENTION=65614]Antman[/MENTION] ....I decided to rewire my led turn signals. My original wiring job was... well... shitty and quick to get me by. I used those crappy snap connectors and a lot of electrical tape until I could learn to solder wiring. Today I pulled them off and did it the right way. Thanks to YouTube for the knowledge (it was way easier than anticipated) and Harbor Freight for the supplies.

I did pick up a bracket I thought might work at Lowe's this week. I'm just exhausted from pulling off the radiator plastic cover. Lol. I swear I've had it off a dozen times in a month. I still need to put my sliders on too so I'll probably get to that this weekend. I got the driver side slider up under there tonight (after providing taxi service for something hubby decided to buy at Lowe's he couldn't fit in his car) and discovered I had no where near enough daylight left. I need to research installing budbuilt sliders since I haven't gotten a response from bud.
Thank you. I loved my Mustangs. I love the history behind the car and how it wasn't supposed to be a fast sports car, but an easily driven 4 seater, with sinple controls that was geared towards families.I too like Mustangs but oddly I've never owned one.
I have a friend that owns a Shelby GT500 (Just like the one in I Am Legend) and that thing is a beast.
If I were to buy one, it would be a GT. I did however rent one when I was traveling to Oklahoma a year ago with the 3.7L Eco-Boost V6 and I have to say that thing was impressive for a 6 cylinder. It would spin the tires off the line no problem and still averaged 23 mpg. Not too bad.
Nice write up you did here. My son is USMC retired and did two tours each in Afghanistan and Iraq. I have a special place in my heart for members of the military and the sacrifices they make for our country.

i see you added a set of shock boots to your ICON rears. i have a set of those sitting on a shelf myself. i was planning to put them on when i rotated my tires and cleaned up my ICON rears (remote resi) recently, but they came so clean with minimal effort i decided not to bother for now. shin guards must be doing their job—plus some.Side project....
