Hard to find Specs, Info & Measurements on 231mm 13WL Tundra Calipers & Rotors

Have you tried taking the pads out and putting the same ones right back in? Maybe something gets out of whack after a week. If it goes away with the same pads put back in you need to look elsewhere.

Are you saying use same pads and new routers or what is the idea here? Just confused to what you're suggesting to try cause I'm willing to try anything at this point.
You said the problem goes away when you change the pads. Maybe it's the process of changing the pads vs new pads.
I'm suggesting taking the whole brake apart like you're gonna change pads, and then either a) put the same pads back in, b) switch sides with the pads.
Part of troubleshooting is determining if it's the process or the parts causing the issue.

Oh! I get the idea. I will try that. I'm checking torque specs to make sure that all is well and tight.

I am wanting to do this mod and I may not have read enough info. just want to be sure the stock 16 inch 5 spoke wheels will clear the tundra calipers

Looks like you can get Cardone models for $60 ea. If you have a coupon, even cheaper.

If you want OEM for the best price, you're looking at a junkyard. I got mine there 3 years or so ago. They are easy to rebuild before you install them.

Finally finished TBU
I sourced my calipers from a wrecker and ordered OEM rebuild kit. I bought calipers from CDN Tire and non chamfered pads. I spent some time refinishing the calipers and replaced piston seals, bleeders and boots. Unfortunately I had to put things aside for a while due to kids car repair...
I also acquired rims and refinished them. The 5 spokes turned out nice! The job went smooth but I had to trim the backing plate exactly the same places as BFAD's. The hardest part was getting one of my teenagers to give me a hand bleeding the brakes!

I had some engine enamel in my garage so I used that--- 2 coats, however, as these calipers were quite rusty, I soaked them in Rust Rescue for 48 hours then primed them with Corroseal.
I can tell you the 17" rims (Winter set) were really beaten when I spotted them at the wreckers, they even tried to talk me out of buying them! I got'em cheap! They were a great deal of work. First I stripped them with Lacquer thinner, then ground and sanded the corrosion--- thank god for Dremel! Then I hand sanded them smooth and finished off with steel wool. I applied 2 coats of Aluminum primer and 4 coats of Duplicolor Premium wheel coating, followed by 2 coats of clearcoat.

Rims look great too. I used the same paint on my OEM Tundra rims (on my Tundra) and the paint held up very well. I got some peeling Tacoma rims with snow tires for winter that I need to try and strip and paint. What color did you go with? I think that would look good on a black truck.

The colour I went with was Duplicolor CHWP10200 High Performance Graphite. I used the same on my old rims (before the Tundra brake upgrade). I painted these, 2 Winters ago and they held up very well.

Conclusion
Well, I've now been driving my T4R for 5 days with the 231mm Tundra brakes and I'm really impressed! Its really comforting to have virtually immediate brake response. I look forward to trying out these brakes, next Spring, when I tow my sportboat ---- hopefully, no more brake fade on the way to our favorite lake!
