Here you go, this is what I'm using, plus I added 304 SS HIGH COLLAR LOCK WASHERS #3/8 Qty.-28 Note: you can not notice them between the Black Oxide washer and the nut. Hope this helps. (NOTE) This is for the original ECHOTECHNE ROOF RACK DESIGN, the new versions of racks have changed some, and will require changes. I used Socket Head Screws a2 SS-M-8 x 1.25 x 35M to mount the roof brackets to the roof top with washers. I also used THREAD LOCKER on the threads as seen on the OEM threads location.

Thanks quicksandTRDPRO for sharing this info on this thread, on where to find and what I needed of the Black Oxide hardware, it is perfect for me on my ECOTECHNE roof rack. That company gave me excellent service, and quick delivery!

Very nice. What did you use to attach the traction mats?
Looking at that picture, the top left mounting hole was already available on the cross bars, I then measured and drilled out the other holes for mounting.
As for the the two in the back, I cut two 4" x 1" plates to extend the mounting point off the cross bar.

Had some of the powder coat flake off when the washers rub against it, but a little touch up pain should do the job. Waiting for my 42" light bar to arrive.

A little update for the guys here in the west coast, the 2nd batch got held up in customs and won't be released until Wednesday. Ecotechne said they got contacted asking for some kind of documentation but customs received it and gave Ecotechne that release day of Wednesday. I'm sorry about that guys...
The third batch will be ready for inspection late this week and they will start shipping as soon as all racks are inspected and wrapped.

Finally got around to getting mine installed. I had some issues with the truck mounts, the holes that attach against the truck were in the radius of the mounts, not secure enough for me. I ended up replacing them by fabricating 4 new mounts out of 2" angle iron. The painted bolts were about half and half, so I ended up ordering the same hardware Quicksandpro recommended, they should be here in a few days. I also noticed one side rail was about 3/8" longer than the other, so I had to grind it down so they were the same length. It was more than I would want to do to something I purchase, but for the price and the look, I am still glad I decided to go with this. Thanks again Rorck, thanks for taking time out of your life to hook us up, I really appreciate it.
