Is that cut through all the way?
If not, just use a heat gun and push it from the back side, it will pop out to somewhat shape again.

Nope. The damage ain't even that bad as compared to when I got rear ended. This bumpers gone through a pretty bad rear end accident, getting popped and pulled off at Hollister hills and now this.
I know it's fixable but it's just an excuse to get a rear bumper. LOL
I appreciate your post though
