Ok, I assume you have IFS? What you need for cheap lift from rear coils is a 80 Series landcruiser rear coils, and you need the 7 wrap ones. probably around year '97 would be good. this will give you about 4 inches of lift in the rear. I think ball joint spacers can give you about 1.5inches of lift just so you know. Obviously you will use the ball joint spacers if you have IFS. This will be a cheap method of lifting it. just make sure you will get the 7 wrap coils and not the 8 wrap. So you know, i have none of these things installed but i PLan to install the fj coils. you can probably get a deal on 2 coils for about $50. now if you want a better ride to it, you can go with a kit. here is a link to a great kit being sold for much cheaper than those $1000+ lift kits.

both options should hold up the weight with no problems, it just depends how much your looking to spend and what ride quality you are looking for.
