Thanks bro!

Now it is just the "it needs to get here feeling" lol Looking forward to meeting you there too.

How do you like your CB antenna placement? I am looking at going the same location/mount but was just wondering how your preformance has been with it there. I will be running a 4' FireFly.

My CB antenna is the one big thing I regret about my build. Drilling through the quarter panel for a CB mount? What was I thinking..

If I were to put a CB into another 4runner I would either go with the Driffter mount from outdoorlogic and a 5'-6' firestik, or use that motorized antenna mount I have on my roof for my VHV/UHF radio antenna for a CB antenna instead..

hmm I have thought about ordering one of those but i guess Driffter is gonna be building more which i guess is soon but we shall see. A 6' antenna now that is on hell of an antenna but as long as i can get 2' min above the roof then i would be ok with the Driffter mount. i have just been reading that the back corner like that is a bad location, but that could all be conjecture.

How is your reach (distance) with the current setup?

Reach is fine I guess, I only use the CB on wheeling trips and we dont get very separated. Never tried to talk to someone very far away. I can hear everyone crystal clear.

Ok well that is really all it is gonna get used for anyway lol but it might get used randomly just to listen to chatter or something. I will have to do some measuring and see what one is gonna work best. If i can avoid punching holes in my rear quarter panel i would like to.

thanks again for your response btw.

Can you take a picture of the Bilstein 5100 9602R703 shocks out of the box??

I want to see if they come with all the bushings for the top and Bottom.

Yep will do when I get home.

I took them out of the box and of course they come compressed and come with two washer style bushing retainers, bushings, and the nut for it. The bottom hole has the bushings as well.
