Thinking about buying some Off Road Lights to install on my stock bumper

With Cyber Monday here thought I would make a quick purchase of some Offroad Lights to install on my front bumper (Grill area). First was thinking four smaller lights across grill (two to point forward, two angled) but after looking at some pictures don't think I have the space. I have the smaller 96-98 bumper. So I'm back to a set. Aesthetically I'm thinking 4" looks to small, 6" look to big so aiming for 5". I have honestly not done too much research in this department so looking for the forums advice. Just want lights if I go offroading and dusk comes around. What are some good light options for what I'm trying to accomplish?

PIAA... the 540s are what you are looking for, they are a 5" light, comes complete with a wiring/instal kit thats so easy a caveman can do it...

Check the line of KC slimlites. Amazon has them for a pretty decent deal. They come with a 23 yr warranty as well.
I got the long range last year for Christmas, and have been pretty happy with them. They also have a fog and driving light.

I have the same bumper as you and mounted mine in front of the grille. It was a pretty easy install, and they're pretty solid...going on a year and no complaints. Install was easy, the give you everything you need, including the switch. Took me about 2 hrs total.

I would look into rigid industries dualy II's. Very easy to mount/install. I have a set mounted as fogs and wow alot better then any of the piaa/hella aux lights i had before on my tundra...
 
Also, depending on how much you want to spend, check out a light bar...a 10" would where you want and would put out plenty of light...they're just pricey.
 
[MENTION=71420]masphx[/MENTION], I'm to be in Phoenix/Scottsdale and Sedona next week with a lot of time to kill the following weekend, but unfortunately I won't have my own 4Runner with me as I'm flying from Dallas; think I get anyone to take me along wheeling or exploring any back country in the areas? I'm good for fuel and food...
 
I put a pair of 2x2 LED's in my bumper and was very please. A single row 10" LED would fit nicely in the grill.

I picked up a set of 4.5" round 27W LED's a week ago to mount in my Shrockworks. I have become a big advocate of LED's lately, great light output and very low power consumption. You can also run the price gambit from relatively inexpensive to over a $1k.
 
Get a 30" light bar and mount it in the lower valence of the bumper. This is what I was going to do until I bought downpour's roof LED bar mounts.

Do this! :) You can use what ever lights you want too. It cost less than $20 to build and doesn't ugly leave holes where you can see them in the bupmer. :D And as far as lights mine are from ebay, but I know that is a sore subject....

So you will be around the 14th-15th? I might be up to doing something like Back Way to Crown King or Sedona. If not maybe one of my 4Runner friends

As for lights have not ordered anything yet. Taking some more time to research. The LED light bars are nice but I think they look too modern for our rigs. I have a good connection to get some at a good price though.

I would be available Friday the 13th and Saturday the 14th, then I fly back to Dallas on Sunday evening, so I wouldn't want to stray too far from Phoenix and Sky Harbor International Airport that day
 
Another angle showing the stealthyness , gives off a massive amount of light with very little draw... Have left the lower 2 duallys on for hours at a time while building jumps and trails for our DH mountain bikes with no noticeable draw on startup.
