not sure but that is a very nice 80 though. I love them and have wanted one fore a very long time.

It looks a lot like an INTI... They're custom made in Venezuela. Awesome racks hold up to 985+ lbs. and look KILLER!!!!

Not much of a picture to go by, but Gobi makes a similar rack. Here is the link

That is an ARB roof rack i think but it could be homemade as well.
