Thanks! I really love them so far, no complaints. Jealous of your taco, I really like the 3rd gens.

Thanks! It's my first new vehicle. But not new to toyotas. I sold my 01 taco to put down on the new one. Just joined this forum today. Looking to get a 3rd gen runner like yours!

This is one of my favorite 4Runners on T4R. I've got an 01' SR5 Millennium Silver as well and we're liking your look.

I've got some ditch lights to install and I'm pondering how to go about routing wires. How'd you go about running your wires through your firewall? Did you run it through the pre-existing grommet on the driver's side? I was thinking about drilling a dedicated hole where the clutch should've been for all of my aftermarket needs. I've only been able to reference older T4R's with the drum style brake boosters and am a little hesitant.

Thanks, I really appreciate it!! In terms of the wires, I did route all of mine through that existing grommet. It works well, I just put a small slit running up from the wires that were originally there and pushed all mine through. I think I have about 7-8 wires (all 12-14 gauge) that I've added, and have had zero leaks or anything.

A few updates! I upgraded my dashcam to a Spy Tec A118-C after my other one died, presumably from the heat/cold it sees. This one shouldn't, as it is actually rated for the temperatures it is going to see. I like this one much better too, as it is more hidden- It hides completely behind the mirror and I don't even see it.

I also got my panhard drop bracket from @eimkeith welded on. The panhard is at an angle that I'm more comfortable with, and cornering has definitely improved. I'm not sure if I'm going to weld the lift bracket on yet, as I just don't know if it's even needed.

You can also see how brutal this winter has been on all of my metal. EVERYTHING is rusting and I hate it. This summer I'm hoping to give it a proper sand/prep/paint. I'm considering bed lining it, as I've been able to see how much it holds up to (I used it in my front fender well), but the price could might be hard to swing. We'll see...!

I think I spotted your truck in Highlands Ranch a few weeks ago... Highlands Ranch Parkway and Wildcat Reserve.

Was that you that I tried to wave to as you turned onto Wildcat??

Otherwise yeah that probably was me, my parents house is right around there and I was home for Christmas/New Years!

Installed some ToyTec rear stainless steel brake lines today! Don't have a whole lot of pictures as it was a little cold out and I was trying to hurry, but here's the one I did get:

Now I need some fronts. Also looking into new rear shocks for some more travel, but there's so many options and I haven't figured out what I want to go with yet.

Took a spur of the moment trip up Sevenmile on Monday. The snow got deep enough that we had to turn around! I got stuck pretty bad once or twice, but luckily I had a few other people with me to pull me out. Some photos:

It's happening!! I've been searching Craigslist for about a year and finally came across an e-locker that's worth it! I got an incredible deal too- $100. It needs new bearings (hence why it is taken apart), but all said and done, I should be in it for less than $400. I'm pretty excited for it, and just need to put in the work now!

Very nice. I'd love to get an elocker for $100. I've got a housing sitting here, but after searching around at the internals and seeing what people wanted for them I started to lose interest in doing the swap.

Right? A killer deal! I'm very happy I came upon it. Like I said, it's been months and months of searching. Typically I see complete thirds on Craigslist for $800 or so, which is absolutely crazy. Hopefully you can find one soon.....
