Why would this help your dual battery setup? Lol

If you are planning on dual batts you should check out my build thread.

thanks for the responses guys! Mu buddy and I are toying with the idea of buying a bunch of the snorkels, and selling them as a bundle with a corrected template, typed instructions, and all the extras needed for this. would anyone be interested?

I probably would be, now right away, of course. As long as you weren't charging a ton, I would rather someone who's done it before do it, instead of me doing it myself.

I'd be interested, as long as you're not charging a shit load like ARB.

yessir, the goal wasn't to charge a lot and make money, but rather to get everything together as a set, instead of piecing every thing together like I had to do.

This is a sweet write-up. One question about the cuts you made: Did you put anything on the exposed metal in order to prevent rust or anything? I'm thinking that dremeling it all smooth and adding a little bit of rustoleum or something to protect it.

I think people interested in snorkels will definitely be interested in this for price based reasons. Especially with ARB finally coming out with one that'll run you around $400. I would love to pull the trigger on one of your kits now but need a new engine first haha
