E-locker retrofit completed yesterday. Long day but super fun. Learned a lot from my friend on soldering among other things involved.
Put new axle seals in replacement locker housing which is in REALLY good condition along with the locker. Filled with Valvoline 80W-90 but will flush after 2k or so and replace.
Bled brakes afterwards.
With ECU and factory switch in place we followed the Sonoran Steel DIY writeup along with the factory wiring guide.
Got it working as if it was factory. Light flashes while trying to activate and goes solid once locked. Except we did grey wire mod because using it just in 4Lo is boring.
Locks right up.
