Since it is winter, my regular around town and highway transmission temps are in the 150s. Winter where I live, at a time of day when I am likely to drive it, is high 40s to mid-60s. When wheeling small hills and small obstacle courses last week it never went above 170. On the fun curvy road with 1000' elevation increase to the wheeling spot, it got up to 200. This is with a B&M 70268, bypassing the radiator. I did not flush out the old fluid when I put on the cooler, I should have though.
As for the coolant temps, I don’t know. Since the needle has never gotten above halfway on the gauge, I am not concerned about it enough to have it displayed on the Scanguage2. I have always on the display; trans temp, current mpg, and average mpg. The fourth spot changes, it is system voltage now, since I am concerned at how low it reads sometimes.
I think this is the thread with the info I used to program the trans temp function.
