Clean 4Runner w/4th gen sport wheels...Spotted NorCal- East Bay

Notice someone in the sticky thread saying there was not a 3rd gen with 4th gen sport wheels. Well spotted on yesterday when I came back from my bike ride. Real clean 3rd gen...wondering what lift it had. Springs were blue color.

Anyways, the whoever's 4runner it was, it was left unlocked.

Hope it didnt get broken into.

This looks sharp, I was thinking of getting FJ/5th Gen wheels for my new to me Limited but I have a set of these 4th gen Sport wheels in the garage with General Grabber HTR's with around 6K miles on them. I ran them on my 3RZ for about a year & you can run 265/70/17's on 99 tall springs.

And the GX behind it..maybe I'm the only GX fan around here. Indeed a clean gen 3, looks sharp with that lift and wheels.

There's a few 3rd gen owners here that own or switched to the GX. They have a GX forum on this site too. I used to think they were ugly but I've warmed up to them & the interiors are beautiful.

They sure are nice, I wish it had a roll down back window though. They've got to be capable off road and in inclement weather, though I cannot speak to that. I'll agree with you though the interiors are nice and the torque and smoothness of that drivetrain make them an absolute treat to drive.
