What's the recommended replacement part or type of serive for the front chair squeak/creak?

I've had them replace the frame twice, but to no avail. . .the lumbar support area (where the actual back rest meets the bottom of the seat) clicks whenever stress is released from it. . .so if I'm sitting, when I get out of the chair, it clicks and slides. At the light when I accelerate, it clicks. When I brake hard, it clicks. The click usually results in a slight movement. WHAT THE HELL DO THEY HAVE TO REPLACE????

Seat Railing?
