Today I finally got a creeper, a grease gun, grease, crush washers, and gear lube for the front/rear diff, transfer case, and greasing the slip yoke/drive shaft.
Left the crush washers in the wrong jacket, so had to go back home to get them, found I'D ended up with two weights of gear oil and they were out of 75w-90, and then found out that I'm incapable of setting up a new grease gun properly. I can't seem to get the air out of the damn thing to get some grease moving.
Lot of running around, not a lot of results

(deleted your pics to save thread space...)
here's what I built today...
It could probably hold a 250hp motor but I only need it to hold a 120lb, 20hp mercury. I used spax screws and Gr8 1/2" hardware. Needless to say, it's rock solid (TWSS...). I just want to put some finishing touches on it (sand and seal it with with some spar in the coming weeks...)
Wanted something I could disassembled in the summer months for easier storage when the motor is on the boat...
the cart to make wheeling it around easier in the winter months...

look on the bright side... at least it was 50 degrees and you were able to run around without freezing your a$$ off! haha... I spent the entire day outside today just to feel the sun.

This is very true. The sun was nice. Working with the garage door open was a pleasant change.

haha. i don't have enough days available for this stuff to waste time on the run around. I had to do the goat rope for some tools that I had sold before moving from Alaska to Pennsylvania. Made for a frustrating day.

Goat rope?
And it is a pain, but I usually have everything I need. It's when I forget something I need and realize it, I'm usually half way in, and my truck isn't drivable.
Usually my dad's wife's Rav4 is home, but sometimes I get stranded with my truck on jack stands or with no oil in some component
