I'm interested in this set up as well. Has anyone on the FJ forums used this set up yet?

I'd also love to see some feedback.

I noticed the website has been updated to say 1,5" on FJ's and 4th gen's, 2.5" of 5th gen's (would explain the reviews on that side of the forum).

Mine are on a UPS truck instead of my truck. Hopefully the situation will be reversed by this weekend and I'll give you some feedback.

Plan was to install them tomorrow, we'll see. I'm wondering how well they will pair with the Taco O/R shocks I have.

Thanks for the hint, here's the link to these springs:
https://wheelersoffroad.com/product/...l-spring-pair/
--------------------------------
copy/paste
WHEELER’S T12 REAR COIL SPRING PAIR
$215.00 $189.99
A high performance rear coil spring set from Wheeler's Off-Road and Eibach Spring. Provides approx 1.5″ of lift and a comfortable 12% increase in spring rate on the 2003-2009 4Runner and 2007-2014 FJ Cruiser. 2010+ 4Runner gets approximately 2.5″ lift. Engineered using Eibach's industry-leading coil spring technology found in SCORE, CORR, Dakar and WRC racing. These springs are cold wound, heat treated and shot-peened to ensure the highest quality. Powdercoated black.

Sold as a pair.
------------------------------------------

Factory rear springs are: 180 lb/in
12% increase in rate means 180 * 1.12 = 201 lb/in. That's actually pretty decent for the price I have to say.
Manufactured in the USA.

So a follow up

installed with 5100s. The ride of the 195 lbs coils and the 5100s was really nice. Paired with the front trd 5100 set up it rode well. With 1.5" of front lift the t12s delivered around 1.5 to 1.75 inches of lift which is more than i bargained for.

The t12s hit the sweet spot in terms of there spring rate IMO.

Mine are in. After some 30 miles of very varied driving, I think they ride better than the FJC rears, but also need more shock - too floaty on the highway. My Tacoma TRD O/R shocks apparently aren't up to the task (also I feel they are too short).

I wonder if ICON 2.0 would be a good match? (I'm not getting 5100s).

There seems to be a consensus that the Bilstein shocks are not "tuned" to our suspension. The 5100s are too stiff and the jury is still out on the 5160s. However, Icon 2.0 sounds like they're better tuned from perusing the various threads. The cost of the Icon 2.0 vs 5160s are about the same but the Blingsteins are in fact remote res. Maybe a big deal if you do enough high speed shock cycling and shock fading is a concern for you.

This is all conjecture at this point.

I would like to hear from Wheeler's on how well the ICON 2.0s would pair with the T12s.

They are ~$320 vs ~$400 for the 5160s - but the 5160s don't ride any better than the 5100s from what I've read.
