Tire pressure light FLASHING

Had my 285s put on yesterday and when I left the tire shop they said the light would reset itself within 5-10 mins after relearning the presure. Light has been flashing every since I checked tire pressure and they are all at 37.5 any ideas?

From 2007 Owners Manual, page 195:

The tire pressure warning
valves and transmitters will be
affected by the installation or removal
of tires.

Flashing light indicates a monitoring system malfunction. Was it flashing when you took the Runner from the shop, or was it continuosly lit at first and started flashing later?

Let the air out of each tire, one at a time, down to 25 psi or less. The light should stop flashing and go on solid if the sensor is working. Refill that tire and move on to do this to check each sensor. It probably is one or more sensors is bad due to the shop damaging it. Then take it back to the shop and they can work with a dealership to replace and initialize it using a scan tool (read $$$.)

Thanks for the replies it ended up being 2 damaged sensors due to Discount tire. They have ordered the new sensors and are fixing the problem.

My 08 4runner 2WD is having this issue as well. Is there a way to completely turn off the tire air pressure sensor system?
