Mountain pictures!

Here are the first pictures of my 4Runner with GoodYear Duratrac's up near the Continental Divide between Loveland and Ft Collin, CO. The pictures do no justice for the beauty! Had to 4X4 LOW to clime up the mountain trails. No room to get out and take pictures! :-) Had a BLAST!!!

THANKS MAN! I really wanted a MT but couldn't justify the cost and or the road noise/MPG. So I found the most aggressive AT/MT I could find. I love the sidewall as well. I'm sure these tires aren't the best if you are going to do some extreme rock crawling but for anything else they work great! Plus I only paid $205 each with instal, lifetime flat repair, rotations, balancing, roadside. I've had a lot of comments on these and when I go to the Toyota dealership I always come out to find guys checking them out lol

Finally got the level kit put on the wife's t4r, bought here the daystar 1" budget boost for Christmas. Didn't really want to much of a lift, just wanted to take the horrible rake out of it.

before the lift

after the lift

Next move, wheels and tires. I purchased a set of stock FJ wheels and just had them powder coated. Now we have to get the tires, not really sure which ones to get thou. The wife really wants to get some M/T's, but I'm trying to talk her into the Goodyear Dura Trac's.

Daystar 2.5/1.5

Installed the Daystar 2.5/1.5 with the topout spacer only. It was a fairly easy install. 265/70/17 Revo 2s installed in last 2 pics. Alignment on Friday and SpiderTrax should be here monday. The first Pic is with the front done only.First 5 pics both still have 265/65/17s Sorry the last 2 pics are iPhone pics. Only Camera I have at work.

I just got home from Discount Tire and put 265/70/17 Yokohoma Geolanders on with stockwheels 10.7 wide 31.8 tall . No lift no spacers. They look, ride and handle great. I went to an open parking lot and did full turns in all directions and no rubbing what so ever.
