Leather seat repair or Wet Okole?

I've got a 1" rip in the seam the drivers seat left bottom bolster on my 05 Limited. I'm guessing the repair from a local upholstery shop will be at elast $150. The rest of the seats are in good shape, but that is $150 that could go toward the seat covers. Like to get some opinions on these two options.

I've had my wet Okoles now for 3 years and I love them, they are so much more comfortable than just stock seat alone. And i even have leather seats

Interior:
Full white LED swap (Cluster/HVAC/Steering Wheel)
Limited Center console
FJ Cruiser Fog Light switches
Husky Mats
Katzkin leather
Seat warmers

Not as plush as Classic Soft trim. Seems a bit more "rugged" which holds up well to wear and tear.

Both. Get it fixed so it doesn't get worse and then put the seat covers on.

I agree with Getafly - do both. I also have leather and I still put the Okole's on. It prevents me from sliding around on the leather when turning. The only negative is you can't really feel the heat from the seat warmers, but you don't really need it since the material doesn't feel cold.

I ended up getting the seat fixed at a local upholstery shop. $190 out the door. I figured, I paid for the leather, I enjoy the leather, why cover it up. So, I should be good to go for another 5 years.
