And it's done!
BIG thanks to Harper7, Hbryanlopez, and Phillyd2! They all answered my many PM's over the past few weeks/months and helped me figure exactly what I was getting into!
I kept track of my time, and it took me just over 7 hours to do the entire conversion. Phillyd2 was right on when he said it is much more intimidating than it is difficult. Once you actually get into the project, it goes smoothly. I took lots of pictures along the way, and will post them all later with some tips for anyone interested in tackling this down the road.
I love how this makes the truck look, it looks lean and mean and ready to hit the trails.
Small other changes: 35% 3M tint on the front windows, Pure White DRL's
Also I am very happy with my decision to paint the front part of the bumper white. It really blends well.
Here is the finished result!

Looks good buddy! I like where you chose to start and end the color matching on the front bumper. Looks great!
Now you just need to find someone that wants to do a Limited conversion so you can sell the old parts.

I really like the TE bumper painted this way. Well done, best storm trooper truck going!
Just got to get rid of the chrome door handles.

The Storm Trooper lives
Your membership card and keys to the bathroom are in the mail.
Looks really great and agree that color matching the paint was the way to go.
Now be ready to argue with every dealer's service writer that it IS a Limited.
