Smokin deal. I bought mine for more back in 2001, used it on a 9 month road trip to AK from MD, it worked great. Still have it, use it as my beer cooler in the house.

That is too big a hit, that is coming straight out of their pocket to make up the difference. If anyone gets them I imagine it would be the first orders if they shipped before JCW discovered a discrepancy.

If this is a known pricing issue to them, why do they have the $356 price re-listed on their website? That does not make sense. If you try to add it to your cart it still says out of stock, but you think they would keep the "incorrect" price off of it to keep from having to honor it. What do I know though?

Not so fast...
Mine now says this same thing. I just got off of the phone with JCW Customer Service. The gal said all this means is they are currently locating this item at the nearest wharehouse to you. She assured me my order is still in processing and she did not mention anything about a pricing error. She said to check the status in 24 hours to see if it has updated. So, there still is hope...

I am still holding out the smallest bit of hope. I spoke with someone at their customer service department and she said that I should receive an email regarding this issue of it saying "this item cannot be filled." She told me not to worry and at they are working on a resolution. Highly unlikely...but ones gotta dream.

Hope you guys manage to get them. That's the fridge I have and it has not left the back of my 4R since I got it. It's even handy when you buy some ice cream at the grocery store on a hot summer day.

Only feature I wish for is a built in heating element. It sucks having things freeze solid, or explode, in the case of beer, because the ambient temp is far below freezing.

I really do hope everyone gets the fridge for the $356. That's a great deal.
But, I wouldn't be surprised if all orders are cancelled. This thread exists because the price was so remarkably low. It only took three posts for someone to say it must be a pricing error. Knowing an item is priced incorrectly or unreasonably really taints any argument about it being a "contract" that must be fulfilled. The merchant most likely has the right to cancel the transactions and issue refunds. Of course, the right to do so doesn't mean they will cancel them. At the very least, maybe they will offer some discount towards the fridge to save some goodwill...

Called last night and they told me my order was good and they were just locating the best warehouse to ship from. Might still cancel (I wouldn't be surprised), but they did tell me nothing to worry about on my order. We will see!
