But you got to admit, all in all, spending a little time in the driveway with your new pride and joy ain't such a bad thing right?

And a dark vehicle, well maintained - nothing looks better IMO.

Agree...It seems if I look directly at my Nautical Blue Limited it will scratch! ;)

That's why I always look at mine sideways

Thanks,

So the marks are just showing in the clear coat and buffing out by hand?

Thank you

Phil

For the most part. The marks left by an egg when someone threw one at mine didn't buff out.

I've noticed a lot more marks on the 4runner than on our BMW which is a similar color. But a lot of that may be based on how the vehicles are used. The 4R has dogs getting in and out, lumber piled on top, random stuff loaded in and out, and me adding mods. The BMW gets none of that.

When I see a mark, I'll attempt to buff it out, but I bought the vehicle to use, not to look at so I'm not going to stress over every little mark.

A little Zaino and elbow grease usually does the trick!

I went with Mag Grey but figure there will be the same issues.

These are truly unicorns. At least in a 4x4 drivetrain. Have been trying to find one in South Texas and all they seem to get are either black, white or silver in RWD.

Truly love the color though.
