BowJank's Build thread

Have most of my mods installed still waiting for ARB to release the snorkel and to decide on what rack I want to go with to support all the tools I need. With the suspension mods I have put on I get 2ft3in of flex

Thanks cant wait till I get it 100% done. Still waiting to see if the rear springs settle a bit if not I am going to have to bump the front up a bit the rake is a bit extreme for my liking.

Oh great...you just 'had' to have a Barcelona Red Trail Premium...LOL

Are you going to put different wheels on the 4R? I went with the FN f(x) Pro which looks very similar to the TRD Pro wheel.

Nah im gonna stick it out with the factory rims would rather destroy them then pay 1400$ to destroy fancy ones.

Sweet setup man! I personally love the 5th gen trail edition rims and think they handle the scratches real good too..

How do the KINGs ride compared to stock? Am looking into a set down the road for my TEP too..

EDIT: Do those OME 2" rear springs ride too stiff without added rear weight?

Looks good. Did you just remove the front skid plate for the suspension install and it just wasn't back on yet for your final pic?

Kings are a great ride much better then the stock ones that's for sure! The OME springs with no weight kinda make it ride like a lumber wagon but I'm sure down the road when I get all my gear it will be much better.

Is that bracket for mounting the rear resi's compatible with an ICON resi? I really like the look of that rather than using those cheap metal zip ties.
