Anyway, I’d say gunmetal of them all. Black is overplayed and bronze is cool but a bit “of the moment” Like a teal car from the 90’s or something.

SCS makes them...actually, in the 4/26 refresh, thats one of the options ->
- Ray10 Matte Dark Bronze w/Machined Lip 17” only
This is in gunmetal...I would assume it looks very similar (except dark bronze) ->

The problem is....that you usually have several porn stars you like. And...now you have to pick one...and that is the only one you get to watch for years.

Gunmetal will be in the next release in May. Find a local 4x4 shop with a relationship, they may be able to reserve a set for you.

The problem is that there are very few shops with a relationship. You can actually find a list on their FAQ page (first question) ->
https://www.stealthcustomseries.com/blogs/faqs
And....here is a pic of the bronze with a machined lip ->

The bronze is most "bro," but personally I would choose gunmetal if any of the three.

I would do gunmetal unless you have some black on the vehicle and in that case I'd go with black wheels.
i.e. wrap/paint the fender flares black, wrap on the hood, black bumper, etc. you can see my truck for what I'm talking about.
I would never do bronze on silver.

I went Matte Dark Bronze. The color looks badass and it's a color you don't often seen on wheels.

Just wait and get gunmetal colored wheels if that is what you want. Don't get pressured into buying wheels because they are scarce. If you want a matching spare you should also get it up front because SCS does not keep inventory.
Also, what if you need a replacement SCS wheel in the future? You cannot just go to their website and order a replacement and have it in that week/month. SCS is a great company with great products, but they do not have stock.
Slow down. Buy what YOU want.
BTW I have SCS wheels. I don't think Ray10s look good on 4Runners. But you should get what YOU want, NOT what we want for YOU.

Yeah...the plan is to buy 5 and go on a 5 wheel rotation. I know 285s tires will fit in the spare location...I'm just hope the ray10 doesn't have any issues with the stock spare chain/holder. It looks like I would need to keep the cap in a different location for the spare?
It is helpful to read other people's opinions on wheels....some peer pressure can be a good thing if you are about to make a horrible decision. Right now...I am leaning away from the jet black, and I think I would be happy with either gunmetal or dark bronze. Gunmetal would be the "safe" choice. But...I'm getting older....so maybe I'm tired of going the safe route and rather have something that stands out more from all the other 4runners here. Lots of Jeeps and 4runners here around Boise....but I only ever see stock wheels or if they are custom...generally its black fuel wheels (boring).

We are both in similiar situations. I went with 17” SR8s in gunmetal. My only gripe is the simulated bead lock. It’s a trade off I’ll take for the color combo and wheel specs (BS/offset, hub centric, etc.)
I know what you mean though. I like other people’s inputs too... on that subject tho... I dislike the ray 10s.. look great on Tundras and Tacoma’s tho imo. Simulated beadlock is also yuck but it seems like it’s on every set of wheels nowadays in two tone color ways...
Do you brother. Your rig is gonna look clean at the end of the day if you choose any of those wheels.
