Can you show through pictures (if you have any) how you routed the wiring loom to the switches inside? Kind of curious if you ran them AFT and through the rear lift gate plug or went anouther route. They look great and I'm envious!

Could you post pics of how they are mounted. Duc just sent me the silver blocky things as mine are uneven too. Well, I guess now mine are the only ones uneven. Traitor!

Thanks man! I keep meaning to do a writeup on the Gobi wiring. In a few years I'm gonna take it off for maintenance and redo everything. I'm pretty sure Okki did a good how-to in his thread.
This is all I got:
The wiring comes from the rack into the rain channel and into the truck via the gap between the roof and the rear hatch- here:
The first pic shows just the CB cable, but you get the idea.
After entering that rubber boot the wires travel into the headliner, down to the jack access panel, into the rear wheelwell storage area, down to the sill plates to the fuse box.

The outside lights are mounted exactly like yours, I'm pretty sure. No aluminum blocks, fairing bracket over the top of the light bracket.
For the 10" I had to use the aluminum spacers. I drilled out one of the small threaded holes to accept a bolt (5/16").
I used the original brackets that came with the light, not the cradle you used. Bolted the bracket to the aluminum spacer with the screw you see in the picture and a stainless washer. I used blue thread locker too. Then the aluminum spacers get bolted to the rack through the enlarged hole.
This puts the center light a teeny bit lower than the outside ones, but you can't tell.

Here are some terrible night shots that really give you no clue whatsoever as to how bright these are. Is what it is.
This is in a field, notice the lack of hood glare?:
Headlights only.
High beams.
Rigids + High beams.
Add in the PIAA amber fogs (factory fogs)
Just the Rigid lights. (the camera picked up the DRL's too)
Everything on from outside the truck.
add the thumb in there...
High beams on the road.
Rigids on the road.

I popped on my Rigid optical amber covers just for kicks! I had to cut the covers to fit the 6" LED's as they only come in 10". Thanks go to SOcalTRAIL for trailblazing this one!
Should help in snow, right?
Here are some pics:
ALL YELLOW!!!
Happy Modding!

Those outputs are impressive. They sure make your headlights look dim and crappy in comparison.

The hIdePOD MOD
Haha. Just did a simple little MOD that some of you may like.
Every time I open the glove box my old IPOD kept falling out or it was taking up valuable space when I was trying to fit stuff in there. So, I figured there was a way I could get it out of the glove box. There is, and it's really easy!
There is an access panel on the left side of the glove box. Pry here to open it.
Look at all that space!
I used a 1/8" bit to cut a small slot in the panel for the USB cord to pass through.
The IPOD and the cord fit into a nylon pouch to keep things neat and tidy. Everything fits behind the access panel with room to spare.
Final result- The hIdePOD!
Merry Modding fella's!

SORRY rebelbowtie- I missed this post!
They look a lot less bright with the lenses on.
I was surprised by this- but I think one of the reasons the Rigid's look so bright is the color temperature. They are extremely white.
The amber covers should be awesome for the next night time snow run!

Pretty slick there Antman!! I tend to just use the aux plug for mine. I hate how slow it is to go through the music through the headunit. Plus I take mine in and out all the time.
REALLY liking the flush mounted scangauge as well!!

I tried that strap but gave up. I like cutting stuff up too though.

Nice Mod, and may do the same. But I would first need to buy a iPod. And then find somewhere else to hide the heroin.
