IMO I see a home made anchor. Right at 40 yrs ago I started using a Danforth Boat Anchor rated for a 15,000 lb boat. 18" wide, 24" long, 5" high, weighs 20lbs, stores flat at 5" high. It has served me well over the years, use the truck to pull it into/out of the ground. Buying new will give a heart attck $$$, used if your patient get a good deal.

I wouldn't want to be anywhere near that anchor if someone actually tried to put a few thousand lbs of pull on it. It's not very well designed. The leverage on the bolt area holding the two spikes on will break almost immediately if you tried to use it for very much load. There are many others that are better for the purpose of winch anchoring. Just a piece of 4x4x.250 angle with a well built attachment arm would be a lot safer and probably work well too. $500+ for some anchors is ridiculous. $150 would be a more reasonable cost for one. It's easy to build one.
