No, Paragon is closed. There was a pretty big effort to keep the place running but there was too much money and highly corrupt politics on the side that shut them down.

Bummer. I understand the reasons, though. The Northeast part of the U.S. has a very heavily liberal/blue state mentality, and as such, government policies are heavily influenced by the environmental whack jobs. As such, it's damned tough to find any legal place to do off-roading.

Back around 2000, when I had purchased a Tacoma, I looked into trying to find some places like Pismo or other OR areas in this part of the country, but no luck. There actually used to be a NY chapter of TTORA (Toyota Territory Off-Roader's Association) but it collapsed. No doubt the lack of places to actually go off-road legally around here was a contributing factor.
