Check your VIN for a recall never done
Toyota Owners Online | Official Toyota Owners Website
I tried my Yotas and they all passed.
Sorry if this is a repeat of a previously covered topic- but figured since we all get notifications now and did not for quite a while there was a chance it was missed.
Hope this helps a brotha out!

any hits?
wow 198 of you looked in and not a peep?
Everyone covered? No surprises? good to hear but I find it hard to believe...
You guys with rear sag for example... good way to find out if yours never got taken in for it...

Yep, thanks for posting. Good here. And kudos to Toyota for creating it, somehow I can't see too many mfgrs doing that.
It would be interesting if anyone below the threshold VIN for the tranny update tries it.

It says there is no recalls on mine.
But i have 1993 4runner. I thought the headgaskets and the rear springs were a recall?
or is that not available anymore?

The headgaskets were a recall, but they won't show up if they already have been done. You can call the toyota dealership yourself and find out. The rear springs were never recalled on the 2nd gen 4runners AFAIK. They were recalled on some of the 3rd gens.

My 02 came up clean. When I picked it up in 06 it looked like the ball joint recall had been done, but I was never given any paperwork, so now I guess I know it was done.

Thank you checked. I did not know that it works
Here's the result:

Necessarily paid attention to it, but most likely the suspension repaired in-house before I bought this car.

The only thing that came up for my VIN was the rear coil upgrade. It was done a hell of a long time ago though and it's starting to really get tired.

I'm clean too. The fuel sender unit issue that causes my gas guage to say I'm empty at 14 gallons must have been a "Limited Service Campaign", and I know the previous owner did not take advantage of it.
