water bypass line cracked, replaceable? how to fix?

i thought i had a simple hose leak on my 95 4runner but its not that easy.
i saw water coming from the hose so i removed it, got a new one replaced it today and found that the hose was bad and the metal nipple the hose goes on has a hole in it. not sure how this would have a hole but its there and i have to fix it.
im thinking the cheapest way to fix it is jbweld over it and pray it works
does anyone know if this is a easy thing to replace or does the intake have to come off to get it off?

this has never been replaced before and was a factory hose.

i did put a wire brush on the bottom of the line to clean it off so i can jbweld it so its alittle shinny in pic.

pic of the part and hole below and . this line goes under the cooling sending unit and somewhere i dont know where but i know it looks not easy.

in the parts pictured from toyota there is no part number on this piece, i circled it so you know what it is for sure.

Looks like you have 4 or so studs holding it on, just unbolt it, pull hoses off and yank on it. I'm not a pro on the V6, someone with experience may chime in, just thought I would throw you a bone.

the line goes under the intake manifold so can only see 1 nut to remove, i dont know where the other end of the hose goes so no unbolting it so easily.

that is the #1 water bypass tube for the heater core.I had the same problem. The bad thing is that you have to replace that entire tube and it runs under the intake, changes over to a larger tube that bolts to a water opening in the block that opens to the water pump
theer is a trick to getting the whole tube out without removing the heads
here is what it looks like installed, borrowed this pic hope this helps
