The 55 watt ballasts are a good bit brighter. You will want to go up at least one step in color if you get a 55 watt kit. I think DDM says that you gain like 2,000 lumens going up to 55 watt.
Well now you can get them for about $800 or so shipped from some sites. Francis marion is a little sketchy now that duck season is still in but I have some property up in georgetown that's got a lot of mud and I think me and some buddys might go up there pretty soon
