I saw the thread but didnt put my name on the roster because I'll be in Agoura Hills. I decided to avoid traveling due to carmageddon. Thanks for the reminder and take pics!

Hey. The weekend is fast approaching and the Como Chingas Off Road crew is looking forward to the annual Big Bear Trip. T4R has a trip going as well and I did not see your name on it so I thought I would throw a shout out and an invitation to you for our trip. We are staying at Tanglewood Campground. It is off the north west end of Big Bear Lake off of Van Dusen Canyon Road and 3N16. Two rigs will be arriving Fri afternoon about 3pm and then another 3 rigs Fri evening. Three rigs will be arriving Fri night and will be staying in a hotel for the weekend in Big Bear, but may come out Fri evening to the campsite. I just think they want to check out their lights and go for a night run. Another two rigs will drive up Sat morning and meet us at the junction. They will be heading home Sat evening, no campers there.

Our game plan is that everyone meet at Highway 173 and Highway 18 junction at 8:00 am. From their we will continue into Lake Arrowhead and run Dishpan Springs then to Holcomb Creek Trail and then head back to Camp Tanglewood on 3N08 to 3N16. After a late lunch we will head out to Highway 38 and hit Gold Mountain trail which will then put us at the gatekeeper of the John Bull trail. After the John Bull trail we will head back to camp Tanglewood for some grub, much needed R&R and sooth any trail carnage. This a family event and wives and children are welcome.
