That's a good thing , too many people use the net cause they're too lazy to look for themselves.

a smidge of it was laziness.

But the application guide on the website was a little unclear.

It almost looked like they didn't have a listing for the 96-02 4runner.

I just called the place I ordered from, They say I should see it on wednesday.

Alright. It did not arrive today. I am pissed because I asked for a tracking number when I ordered this thing. I never got the number, but the guy told me on monday that it will arrive today.

I paid for 3 day select shipping. I ordered it when I started this thread. a week or so.

This is from /www.performanceoffroadcenter.com by the way
Maybe people have had a similar experience?

Anyways, as long as I get it by friday night, I should have it in for sa****ay.

Racedirt, what time are you going out there? And are you staying for sa****ay and sunday?

I will be out around 10 AM sa****ay and stay for sunday. I gotta mount my tires first thing sa****ay morning

I'm gonna do the install.

I'm gonna call them as soon as they open.

I tried calling them yesterday 10 minutes before they cosed, they didn't answer the phone <---- we need a smiley face that looks more angry than this one!

Basically, whenever I order something, I need it NOW.

I'll update when theres new info

I am actually going to John's (4rnr) on Friday to istall my OME lift and prob. going to crash at his place Friday night. I imagine we will be at Cliffs around 8:30 - 9:00 in the morning on Sa****ay. I am not sure about Satuday night, there is a good chance I will stay and kick back a few cold ones. The only problem is that I need to home around noon on Sunday so I would need to leave Cliffs at 9:30 - 10:00 on Sunday morning.

Either way it should be a good weekend. See you Sa****ay.

Send me a p.m. for my cell number if you want so you can find us when you get there, I hope to be on the trail before 10:00

Cool.. See you there.

A mild lift is the next thing I plan to do.

I got tracking number for my locker- The F'n thing wasn't even shipped until the 15th

6 DAYS AFTER I ORDERED IT!!!!!!

The scheduled delivery date, according to the UPS site, is the 17th (Tomorrow/Friday)

This was 3 day shipping and we are going on 9 days.

It is actually taking 3 days- from when they got around to shipping it

UPDATE!!!!

Ok, this is unbelievable. Two packages showed up today form performanceoffroad.com

according to the label, one was shipped FEDEX on the 15th. One was shipped UPS yesterday.

The one shipped on the 15th weighs about 6 lbs
The one shipped yesterday weighs about 3 lbs

The heavier one is a locker for a 4cyl rear- the 1610 which I did not order.

The lighter package is the correct one- the 1620
IT IS MISSING HALF THE PARTS :bugeye:

The parts from the two boxes cannot make one complete 6 cly locker either

I am furious. This really kills some of my joy I was looking forward to this weekend.

I am going to call them tomorrow and demand that another is overnighted (Without mentioning the extra one they sent me)

They really cannot argue that the parts were all there because of the weight on the shipping label is less than the locker weighs.

If they had sent the order out in a timely manner, I could have got the incomplete locker and sorted this mess out BY TODAY so I could enjoy what I payed for by tomorrow.

This is www.performanceoffroadcenter.com by the way

Seriously pissed off,
Jeremy
