One more TSB
Here is the TSB about the "sulfur stink":
TSB EG003-03 Introduction: Some owners of Toyota vehicles may experience a sulfur like or rotten egg odor from the exhaust system. Sulfur is a natural component of crude oil from which gasoline is refined and the amount of sulfur can be decreases through the refining process. The amount of sulfur in fuel in CA is regulated, however gasoline sold in other states can have substantially higher sulfur content. Sulfur content also varies considerably between gasoline brands and locations. Applicable vehicles: All models Repair procedure: A sulfur odor emitted from the vehicle tailpipe does not necessarily indicate that there is an issue with the engine’s condition, but is most likely directly related to the fuel. If the vehicle is exhibiting an excessive sulfur odor, the following checks should be performed: If the MIL light is ON, check for DTCs and repair as necessary If no trouble is found after performing the above check, recommend the customer try a different source of fuel. Replacement of oxygen sensors, air/fuel ratio sensors or catalytic converters will not reduce the odor and therefore will not be considered warrantable.

What's the recommended replacement part or type of serive for the front chair squeak/creak?
I've had them replace the frame twice, but to no avail. . .the lumbar support area (where the actual back rest meets the bottom of the seat) clicks whenever stress is released from it. . .so if I'm sitting, when I get out of the chair, it clicks and slides. At the light when I accelerate, it clicks. When I brake hard, it clicks. The click usually results in a slight movement. WHAT THE HELL DO THEY HAVE TO REPLACE???? Seat Railing? ANy help guys would be great, this is getting old. . . AND it's only on the driver's side. . .

do you have a 2004 with same problems? If so, talk to your toyota guy about whether they actually repaired the problem. . .I thought it would be gone by 2004.

I noticed that the driver's seat appears to 'click' or move a bit when I move my weight around. I also note some play at the front of the lower cushion, that seems like play in the mechanism that move the front part of the lower cushion up and down. Dealer indicated change in entire seat may be required, but said would check with Toyota Canada. I have not heard back. Mine is a 2004 SR5

my rattle is BACK!! I don't know, I give up. . .when I shift around, there' s a click, it's annoying, and I don't know if it's safe or not, but hey, they'll have to keep on working on it AFAIC.

Hi!
Good luck with that seat! We've been there, and done that. Our seats turned and twisted around like a ride. Much worse on winding roads and breaking. Ours began about 3400 miles into it. Our dealer replaced BOTH front seats. Now there is a bothersome poping sound coming from the lumbar bag. The poping sound started about 3000 miles AGAIN. Noted the most when taking off from a stop... Seat sags, and pop... If you have the airbag seats, make sure that they tuck your seat cover in correctly. They will tell you that due to the seat covers and the airbags, they can't make the covers taught. For they may not deploy. Trust me, if they don't order the new covers, they will have to. They are now doing that now for us. As for a safety issue, I totally agree. You may want to send a complaint to the NHTSA and line up with the rest of us. Once my selling dealer felt the play in the seat, he TOTALLY agreed that there was WAY to much play. However, the other dealers we showed it to said ... "Normal." With the amount of technology these vehicles have, you'd think that the seat would be an item that would be monitored too. Good luck! Let us know the outcome. Also see the seat rattle section of problems... Thanks, Craig- PS... New seat covers go on tomorrow. Have to have the seats checked again for the sagging & twisting problems. As many others have discussed, now my Sunroof rails broke. 2-3 weeks for a fix. "Oh what a feeling"
