As I am a US citizen working in Africa, I am trying to source parts from the USA to lift my Hilux Surf but have a few questions. I have a 99 Toyota Surf and want to go with either the 2"HD or 3"HD OME lift. However, I am buying the lift from the USA and as such they only have parts for the 4Runner… I need to know for sure that the parts would match up perfectly with my Toyota Surf.
Anyone have any experience with this so that I know for sure that there won't be any issues? Could someone tell me exact part numbers for perfect compatibility with a 4Runner lift that would work on my Hilux Surf?
Also in a completely unrelated subject (thought it is worth asking) and someone might know. I just purchased a Toyota Land Cruiser 105 diesel (non-turbo). Can someone help with sourcing the right OME 2-3" lift parts for the 105 from the USA. For those unfamiliar, the 105 is solid axle front and rear. Would it accept a regular FJ80 lift?
