Here are the pics of my newly lifted 4runner!

Thanks to everyone who helped me with answers to my hundreds of questions. I'm very pleased with the way it turned out.

Installed Downey lift front and rear with new 275/70/17 MT/R's. Also found some lexus wheels after seeing someone else on this forum and like them much better than the other stock wheels. Spare fits fine under the truck. That was a pleasant surprise!

Here is how she looked stock from the dealer:

Lifted with new tires and wheels installed:

This one shows the 275/70/17 in stock locaiton. Fits fine!

Very nice.

Yes, I do want the sliders. The wife is having trouble getting in as it is and doesn't think she will be able to without the step. How did you all convince the wife??

The Hanna sliders function as a step too. There's a thread here with good pix

Wow the 275's look great. I think I am going to have to go with them when I get my OME. I was worried that they wouldn't fit in the spare location, I know that Expat also has 275's but if I remember right they didn't fit as a spare. I see you have the V6 so you may have a different hitch than the ones on the V8. I guess I need to do more research.

Thanks!

I was planning on it not fitting. My wife took the truck to discount to the tires put on and I planned on picking up the old rims/tires and the spare the next day. Got home from work on my 6 year old noticed that there was a spare under the truck. Sure enough... they put it under there! It's tite, but fits perfectly!

Yeah the V8 hitch was the thorn in my side when it came to fitting the 275's in the spare location.

I worked it out pretty good this past weekend and noticed no rubbing at all. They seem to be the perfect size to not have any trimming or spacers.
