I have a set of Bilstien 5100's as seen here. They only have about 5,000 miles on them and most of that is pavement. So, pretty close to new. They are dirty but good.
I also have a set of OME 2891's as seen here. They are older than the shocks, not quite sure of the mileage. These are settled out, but not sagging. So, they are still maintaining 1.5-2 inches of lift...(of course depending on where you are starting from, with mine the rear is very heavy...see below).
I have increased the weight of my rear end by a great deal since this set up...Between a CBI rear, 33" on the tire carrier, carrying 10 gallons of fuel, and a storage box (not to mention gear when going into the desert) I have gone to the LC OME 861's with Toyota LC shocks. So if you are stock/ish looking for lift these will work out well.
