sorry i didn't see this thread earlier as I would have commented it would have been a sensor issue. when i had my sulfur tsb, they must have screwed up a sensor as well because all the lights you described came on too.

Yeah, I'm resurrecting an old thread.
Same thing happened to me last night - and I had the TSB performed for the sulfer smell (over 3 months ago!) - so I'm kind of lost on what this could be.
I have to bring the Silver Bullet in for the annual state inspection this week, so I think I'll get the codes read at that time and find out what's going on.
Has the loose gas cap cause been confirmed or is it an urban legend???

No urban legend.
The head space in the gas tank must not exceed an maximum pressure. This is so when you remove the gas cap the vapors do not exit into the atmosphere. Instead, the charcoal canister absorbs the vapors. These vapors are pulled off the charcoal via manifold vacuum and get burned.
However it takes a long time for the gas cap rubber O-ring to degrade to the point that it does not seal. Closing the gas cap until it clicks once or twice should be enough to insure that a tight seal in maintained so that a small vacuum will exist for that vapors to travel to the charcoal canister.
It would be really nice if there was a separate warning light just for the O2 sensors, since it is an emission issue. And since they seem to go bad more often then any other sensor!!

But I put gas in my tank twice now - made sure of the clicking - and all 4 lights are still on. Strange. I'll have Autozone read the codes for me.

My check engine light, VSC light and the picture of the SUV loosing control are also all on now. This happened yesterday. The only thing that changed was that I installed my car audio system this weekend. I dont know what/why that would have any affect on these lights though. Does anyone know what might be wrong? If I bring it to the dealer, would it be covered under the warranty?

JMT529 - did you pull the negative battery terminal while you were installing your audio system? If not, something may have sent a signal to the ECU and told it something was wrong so it put the lights on. I've seen pulling the negative terminal for a few minutes cures a lot of these issues. You'll have to reprogram your radio and re-initialize your windows/sunroof etc.

For what it's worth, I refueled twice and the lights were still on. Then I went to Autozone two days ago - they hooked up the OBD and the scanner said something about emissions problem: then he cleared the code out for me. The idiot lights went off and haven't come back on (as of yet).
