Group buy: 2006 T4R LED tail lights $300 shipped

After popular request. There is now a group buy for the new 2006 4Runner LED tail lights from partznet. They are a direct plug-n-play for 4th gen 4Runners. The tail lights do not include any sockets for bulbs for the turn and reverse lights. We'll have to use our old ones.

Whoa! That was quick, thanks for the information! Not a bad price either, I'll probably place my order later today, thanks for getting the group buy set up! :D :cool:

Ordered them on Monday, got a tracking number today, hopefully it won't be too long before I get them.

hey thoes of u that have bought from the group buy......are we giving the new taillights the seal of approval.....fit n finish wise.....
by fit n finish are the fitting just like the old ones and work just as you expected?

since these are OEM taillights, they should fit just as perfect as the ones you have now.
 
Well, I just got a voicemail from Partznet, and apparently the first set of taillights they were going to send me were somehow damaged. So now I am wondering what the tracking number is for that they gave me. I'm not sure if they're going to send one now and one later, or if both were damaged, guess I'll have to call them and find out. Just my luck. :(
 
Yes, they should fit in perfectly. I'll install mine after work.


Derek, hopefully they already shipped out the undamaged set.
 
Hopefully the price will be good for awhile, I'm looking at probably getting a set after Christmas.
 
Same here, that's why I was asking.

It looks like we can use that ready-made order form, place the order, and we'll be good to go - as long as that order form still comes up, I assume.

06' Tailights

Mine were delivered Tues.
I installed them Wed.
Originally thought of purchasing the JDM's but I'm glad I waited for these to become available.
Much better looking than those pink tinted originals also.

They be installed now. That was painless and they look great. Only one question, if the LEDs ever burn out / fail, can you replace just an LED or do you have to get a whole new taillight... I'm new to LED lights on cars, please forgive any ignorance.
 
Well my plan was to try to wait until after Christmas to pick a pair of these up.
Couldn't do it.
Placed my order Sunday and found out they are now on back order.
Just my luck.
You guys cleaned them out!:dammit:


Edited to add: WOOO HOOOO! Just got notification that UPS has them and they should be delivered next Wed.

Will have some JDM aftermarket black tails for sale soon.
