My apologies if this has been answered elsewhere with a similar approach (my search didn't reveal anything).
FOR: XP windows users that use outlook for mail.
PURPOSE: Reduce picture size to fit into messages.
Find the picture(s) you wish to reduce in size so that you can submit them in windows explorer.
Select them, right click and go "send to" then choose "mail recipient". A dialog box will ask you to "make pictures smaller" or to keep original. Select make all pictures smaller (default) and when complete, email them to yourself.
Next open your sent mail, or the new mail you just received, and the pictures are attached. Save them to a temporary location (don't overwrite your originals!) and use those new, smaller files to upload here.
