Faulty coat stock leads Cooper to recall of nearly 80,000 tires

FINDLAY, Ohio--Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. is recalling 79,857 tires, encompassing many models within the Cooper brand and several private brand names, because of faulty belt wire coat stock.

The tires were all made at Cooper

Thanks for the info Thai

I called Cooper tire right away and had them check to see if my Mastercraft Courser A/T's were affected but my size were safe 265/65/17.

Ya no doubt I hate mine! But to the post: I guess that is why you should stick to top brands and not economize for Coopers.
