Toyota has a Web site called Toyota Tech Info System, or TIS. It costs $10 to access for one day, but in that day you should be able to pull down PDF's of your Owner's Manual, TSB's, and most if not all of the Service Manual. The manuals are cut into lots of tiny pieces (2-3 pages per PDF file) to discourage downloading the whole thing, but it's possible. The site is http://techinfo.toyota.com.
Toyota does not publish the manual on CD-ROM. The CD's are all over eBay, but they're just bootleg copies of the material from TIS.

I bought an electronic manual from Software Designz. I think its bootleg but its very well organized in PDF format. I thought it might be legit becuase it was purchased through Google checkout (yes, I'm gullible). PM me if you want one, I don't charge for 'legs :bigok: .

Like another poster said, you can download it from Toyota. But I must warn you, it is a pain. I spent quite a bit of time downloading and then decided my time was worth more than that. I'll spend the $$$'s for the manuals.
I didn't consider the CD route because it is copyrighted material.
