Unfortunatly, my good well beloved camera was crushed by my truck by an accident last summer, so I only got this friggin cell phone to take pictures of it.
Hopefully I'll get my sister to take better pics next weekend as we are goin' to a glacier. =)

But, I took some pictures while on my workshop earlier this evening.

Shows a little bit of the interior and maybe a little bit more of how he looks in light, I still have somethings left, like lowering the front suspension about 30mm and moving the rear axle 150mm more backwards.
I'm gonna try to get them online before I go to sleep.

And here's a link to my gallery, there are some more pics of the interior and how it looks from different angles there.

oops..

I was tryin' my new DC/FC 44s. Needed to see what I need to get done in the rear so it'll fit nicely.
Not a great pic, but I was doin' this outside in the middle of the night in -10 degrees on celcius. (Sorry for you Fahrenheit guys, I don't have a calculator right now).
NOTE: DC on the left side of the car, 38" Mudder on the right side...

Thank you. I've spent most of last year on this friggin' ride and it still has soooo many problems I'd like to be rid of!
1: last week I ripped the steering stabilizer buffer apart.
2: Steering machine started to leak and I can barely steer the car.
3. My rear wheel bearings don't seem to last more than 278.000km. And it's only been on 38" tires for like 1 year. (before on 35s and before that on 33s) >:&
4. The joint in the rear shaft left my ride and that left me searching for another hour for my friggin shaft!

5. And also, the cd player is somewhat not working. Always when I'm drivin' off road on 80km/h or more and drive into holes or jump abit it stops playin'.
Cheap stuff! >XO!!!!

One daytime picture?

At a trip in August. One week of drivin' in the highlands of Iceland. This pic is taken close to Landmannalaugar.
Running 38s, IFS still on and my spare tire on top...

Will post all of the pictures on my gallery at ulfr.net later this weekend. :P

Your 4Runner is so bad ass. I can't believe you are running 38s with IFS! :awais:

Have you had any problems with that besides just normal wear and tear?

There are few problems running 38s on IFS. If you jump too high and too long, it all hurls up. Of course, you have to check EVERYTHING in the front very regulary, joints, bearings and all that stuff. But it can last for quite a time if you take care of it well.

The other problem is steering, you don't have so much of flexibility as original. But it can "nearly" as good if you cut like hell from the firewall or just bash it with the good ol' hammer.
Be careful to remove the computer on the passenger's side before any bashing. I know of so many cases that people have bashed their ECU .....

But all beside that, it's all fun. 2" body. (You have to move the 2nd body fastening (the one under the front doors) up instead of just using normal Nylon shims. (2" thick)).

and 1-2" on frame. You can use ball joint spacers or just cut more in the front and use spacers in the rear.

Never ever ever ever even think of doin' sas with Leaf spring and converting the rear to Leaf spring.
It's just wrong.

The fenders you can get I think in america, but we also have them available here in Iceland (pretty expensive tho')

But I'm not sure about regulations outside of Iceland, we're allowed to drive on any tire size here...

I have 15" by 14" wheels for my 38" Mudder. It's okay, but probably don't need that much if it's not solely meant for snow drivin'.

Anyway, you can PM me if you want any more information.

My 4Runner on 38s is like a mouse next to a elephant when you see it next to the 49s Ford/Dodge pickups...

I have a pic of that at home, Maybe I'll post it later tonight.
