so here is the swap/ weeked of mods i got me some new rims and tires and put some laminX on the lights. I absolutly love the way it turned out! so here are some before and after shots let me know what yall think! i was going to put the rack back on but i got lazy lol!

Yup, looks sweet.

I'm going to have my T4R painted black sometime. I've had black cars my whole life, and the 'runner should be no exception!
 
looks great! what size are the rims? and how does the laminx stuff work? it looks really nice.

His rims are 16".

I think it looks good TRD.

This really makes me want to get rims and tires.
 
are those the trd center caps you had said you were getting? i need a shot of just the wheel and tire please sir
 
thanks! ya the laminx is pretty cool stuff make sure you order more than you need if you do. Its a really thick vinal like stuff with an adheasive (spelled way wrong) you basicly put it on like a sticker or tint with water and a blow dryer. then cut away. it took me a good 2 hours with some help.

and for the rims no i havent got the trd caps yet they are black with the red "trd" in the middle and ya they're 16's here is a close up you requested

these are the caps i ordered but may not get cause toyota corperate is gay lol! they are very sensitve about these wheels so since i couldn't get them i tried to just order the caps. haha! so ill find out this week. i dont even know if they will fit!!

haha thanks ya i want those black pearl emblems. but ya im on the fence on the tail lights. I havn't decided if i want to do it yet. ya your truck looks amazing! i love the rockstars i was thinking about those but they look better on the newer trucks (i think anyway)
but the rims are 16x8 and i think the backspacing is 10 or 0 i cant remember

Those are the same tires I want for my 4Runner. What size are they? I know they are 16s but what are the full dimensions? How do you like the AT2s? How are they on noise? Looks great BTW.
 
of course from the last thread you know i love the wheels, and CANT wait to get ahold of a set but i'm not real sure about the center caps that come with them, were there other options that you could get for center caps
 
ok thanks cause when i ordered my rims the guy at the tire shop said 16x8 would stick out past my fender and yours dosent seem to look that way so i was trying to get an idea.

and yea you should totally black out the emblems and get the black LED taillights :bigok:

Hurry up and order them so I can see what they look like on a lighter color 4runner. :D
