I bought a new 4Runner a couple of weeks ago and went to Toyota of Grapevine and walked out after about an hour and a half cussing them. It was a complete waste of time dealing with all their usual car salesman tactics.
I left with the feeling that these guys go home and watch "Boiler Room" and beat off to it.
I eventually bought at Toyota of Irving, which I would highly recommend for anyone shopping in the Dallas area.

Completely agree with you on this. They will try to screw you in many ways. I bought 3 cars from this dealership, including a 4runner last week, and I see the same tatics everytime. Everytime they tried to pull a fast one, I would be frank and told them to stop the scam game right now.

I totally agree spent almost 3hrs with those clowns about two weeks ago. Almost got me to look at something other than a 4Runner.Chris1515 said:
Luckily I decided to try Toyota of Ft. Worth today, was in and out in less than an hour and 1/2. Price I got was fair and the folks at Toyota of Ft. Worth were a pleasure to deal with!

it doesn't help that on the service drive they have an ex-stripper trying to sell service. Come on, if you can't sell your own T&A and can't spell spark plugs without help. what kind of service can you provide besides back seat jockey?
then there are the BS comercials. payement and keys in an hour?? maybe one out of a 100.
that place is such a joke.

revolving door employees, shady sales tactics, the smallest parts inventory in the DFW area, cage match sales tactics (car for $50.00).
I'd rather deal with a "tote-the-note" lot than these jokers again
