Deer Springs
Hey Everybody!
I've got the week after Christmas off and kind of wanted to check out Deer Springs. Anyone up for a run sometime later this week?

I'm only an exit away from Deer Springs, so I'm always up for a run there if it's a night or a weekend run. What day were you thinking?

Wow! This looks like it'll be a good run with all of the interest...
I have every day open until the 2nd, but Kraze can only do night or weekend. Does anyone else have a preference? Sat morning or afternoon maybe? I've never done it before, so I don't know how long it is, but I'm only about 25min away in La Costa. It would be nice to check it out during the day though. Post up any suggestions.
And Merry Christmas everyone! We're having some great Christmas weather

I have this Thursday and Friday off, but sadly work Saturday and Sunday this week. I can do whatever next week. Not a big deal if I can't go due to my schedule though.

@ cacarbuff
I'd recommend just picking a date and time that works best for you, and whoever can make it will be there, and whoever can't will make the next one. It's always a long drawn out affair trying to pick a day that works best for everyone lol.

Sounds good to me... I have to take my dog for hi annual shots, so I'll talk to the wife and pick a time. I'll post up the time later this week.
From above (google maps) it looks like there's the central airport area and then some trails you can explore around there. Is that right? Or is there a typical through-trail sequence that people take?

There's a typical sequence that we usually take, that includes the area around the "airport". I know either Connor or I would be able to show you around, so if either of us are going you'll be fine. If not, we can give you the starting point and some general directions that we usually run.

Hey everyone!
Merry Christmas!
I'm thinking that maybe Saturday meeting at 10am would be good (a couple hours moved either way would be fine if anyone prefers). I think that the meeting place is the gas station off of the freeway, but maybe someone else can post up.

I'm in +1. Just need to know the exit.

The exit is Deer Springs Road off the 15. There's only one gas station off that exit, so head to it and there is a nice little pad of asphalt across from the gas station.
I don't think I'll be able to make this one, so take lots of photos guys!
