Maybe you have loved and cared for your 5th-gen 4Runner, but you've realized you need more space; a bed, perhaps, and a back seat large enough for two yetis and an ewok.
Maybe you've modded it and run out of tweaks to make... and now you're bored.
I can relate.
I have 2016 F-150 Platinum that has spent its life in Florida since I bought it new. It has about 20k miles. It's got everything... Coyote 5.0L V8. 3.55 rear with factory e-locker. Heated/cooled seats. Remote start. Cameras front, back, and sides... bird's-eye-view. Radar-aided cruise, and lane assist. Factory LED lighting everywhere, and a warranty that'll last into the next decade.
It's also got a decent mod list: Line-X Premium bed. Fab Four bumpers front & rear. Decked storage. Method wheels with BFG KO2s. Front spacer lift, with rear leaf added along with Bils 5100 shocks. Aligned perfectly when the tires & wheels were put on. It drives fantastic.
I'm bored, but dammit, I bought this truck new, and I'm not going to take a bath trading it to a dealer. Also, if I don't find anyone that wants to trade, I'll just continue to drive this thing for the next 5 or more years. It has a lien, but, what the heck, that's just money. That can be sorted out, I imagine.
I've lurked these forums for a few years, maybe. I'm interested in a well-equipped T4R; Limited, maybe TRD Pro, or TEP with KDSS. Modded? Fine. Especially tastefully, with bumpers, roof racks, and quality suspension components. Scratches don't bother me; if they're bad, I'd expect the price to reflect that. Records are nice... I keep annoyingly-detailed records on my vehicles.
