So the correct one came today, or at least one that fits the 2010 and up 4Runner. It is Sprint Booster part number SBTO1002, which is for the 2006 to 2010 RAV4.

I noticed that there is better throttle response as well as not having to mash the throttle to get more power out of the car.

Installation note. Because Toyota in their infinite wisdom decided to route the heater core pipe right above the throttle control module, the sprinter booster winds up placing the OE factory throttle wiring and connectors up against the pipe. Therefore you would have to find some heat shielding so the OE factory harness and connector doesn't melt.
