I've accidentally stumbled into another Toyota truck/4R.. (5th)

I received a 91 4runner on trade, and I'm very happy about it. It has a few fixable issues that I have researched for a few weeks now, but I see all the potential.

I already have a set of 315/75/16 tires and a set of wheels to mount them to.

I can't seem to find a definitive minimal lift amount I will need to clear these tires while fixing the sag at the same time. For now I'm keeping IFS but I intend to go sas after other things are addressed and budget allows, so I'm not trying to spend a ton on IFS lifts. I also plan on swapping to 3.4 when the 3.0 blows.

So I was considering 2"(3?") body lift for future 3.4 clearance, but I can't figure the best path from that point. I don't want to crank the tbars. Maybe 315s are just too big to fit with spending a lot on suspension?
