Couldn't find the 2005 Runner manual or wiring diagram. If someone has found it online, please post it for the rest of us! Thanks.
I have been combing the internet for this as well, I have had no luck online. However, I ended up getting the Haynes Repair Manual & Chilton Repair Manual.
The Haynes is based off a complete tear down & rebuild and has wiring diagrams in the back of the book for all chassis wiring. The Chilton also contains wiring diagrams

Hope this helps!
